Booking Appointments:
Scheduling in advance for all treatments and procedures is required.

 

When to arrive:
As a medical facility, we request all new clients to fill out patient information forms, which allow us to serve you better. In addition, injections, IPL, Microdermabrasion, Chemical Peels, Fractional CO2 and Laser Hair Removal require clients to review information regarding a requested procedure prior to service.

 

We request that new clients arrive at least 10 minutes prior to their scheduled appointment time in order to fill out necessary information.

 

Numbing cream is administered upon request and requires clients to arrive 30-45 minutes prior to their scheduled appointment time.

 

Payment:
We accept Cash, Check, Visa, MasterCard and American Express. Care Credit is available upon approval. We do not bill insurance companies. Any package payment must be made in full at the time of the first treatment.

Refunds: 

All product refunds must be within 30 days of the purchase date. All services are non-refundable.

 

Cancellations:
In the event you may not be able to keep an appointment, we request at least 24 hours notice. Cancellations with same day notification will be charged 50% of a single treatment price. Late cancellations will be deducted from packages as a single treatment. Late arrivals will limit the time of your service to accommodate the next scheduled client.

 

Package Expiration:

All prepaid packages will expire within ONE YEAR of first treatment.
